Liability Waiver & Disclaimer

By registering for and participating in the Beitel Hockey U11 4v4 Summer League, all players acknowledge and accept that hockey is a physical sport that carries inherent risks of injury, including serious injury.

Players participate in the league entirely at their own risk. The league, its organizers, staff, referees, volunteers, and affiliates will not be held liable for injuries, damages, lost equipment, accidents, or other incidents that may occur during league activities.

All participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of safely participating in hockey activities and are responsible for wearing all required protective equipment.

The league maintains hockey liability insurance; however, participation in the league confirms acceptance of all risks associated with the sport and agreement to follow all league rules and policies.
